Nope, I am expecting twins and never had a feeling of two AT ALL! I went for my 10w appointment and they said my uterus felt big for 10w. They also told me that with my son in 2012, and he was a singleton. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the ultrasound screen and seen A & B!
But no, my symptoms were pretty much they same- they just last a lot longer. I felt good after the first trimester with my singletons, but still feel like crap now and I'm 19.3 now!

I haven't had any HCG measured at all. Had an early pregnancy test and got it confirmed at the drs by a urine sample. That is about it. I have 2 sets of fraternal aunts.

I was convinced It was twins for us.. I dreamt about twin boys, starting puking daily at 3.5 weeks, lots of pulling and stretching.. But nope just one exceedingly healthy bean on board!

I am 4 weeks 5 days and feel exactly the same as you. Early heartburn, early nausea/vomitting. My gut says twins. We did IVF and transferred 3 5-day embryos that looked fantastic, so it's very likely. I had a twin pregnancy two years ago that ended in miscarriage at 8 weeks. I also just knew it was twins, and I was right. My HCG is also rather high, another indicator. What was your HCG?

I was vomiting around the clock at 4 weeks 3 days with my first, so 4 weeks 6 days isn't that early to be showing pregnancy symptoms. for me, the nausea, vomiting, cramping, & heartburn starts several days before I get my + & I have always had singletons.
