Q: Can anyone relate?

I normally don't have a high sex drive but I usually feel something during it. Last night I felt absolutely nothing. It was like I had no nerve endings at all down there :( Have others "lost" feeling while pregnant? I've never had that issue before.

Hey. It is necessary to try interesting options. Here's the good news. You do not have to put up with the life of sexual disorders. There are solutions - if you are willing to work on this.
Sex drive is fluid and individual and can rise and fall because of stress, energy level, body image, well-being and state of relationships. It can also reflect medical problems, such as sleep disorders and hormonal imbalances.

While the sex drive of each person is unique, there is a sexual scale. For some people, sex is paramount; others crave it much less. No one dies because of the lack of sex.

I think it's definitely normal, especially the further along you get. I think having the belly can be a major distraction and take away from the ability to focus on your partner. It was a major issue for my DH and me during my first pregnancy, have a feeling it'll be the same this time.

I had this issue earlier in my pregnancy, and even some days now. I have NO idea why, and it definitely is bothersome, but i think it's normal for pregnancy. I never told my partner though, i didn't want to hurt his feelings because of my weird issue!! lol.
