Oh and this is just my opinion but I don't think anyone should ever "elect" for a c section a vaginal birth really is the best way for mommy and baby ..... Recovery is quite long and it is major surgery ... People forget that because it is so common ....

I had a near fatal labour where baby and I almost died after 20 hours of labour ... Had an emergency c-section but my son still had to be in the NICU for a week ... They said there was no way he could fit through my pelvis it's narrow and tilted :/they recommended I never try a vaginal birth again ......
This is my third c- sec but my last one was 11 years ago ... I am very nervous !!
I have no idea why :pl

Congratulations, may I ask why you have to have a C-section? I'm always curious if it's a personal choice, a medical issue, a previous Cesarean, or if the doctor suggested it because of their schedule.
