Q: I'm not a mom. I'm just trying to get opinions on how far along the baby in this ultrasound is.

Sorry, but I don't know this person very well and don't want to upset her if the timeline doesn't match. I'm just trying to get opinions on how far along the baby in this ultrasound is. I have a picture of the ultrasound, but can't figure out how to attach it to this question.

I'm also curious why you are checking this out for yourself. Didn't the doctor have an estimate? Sounds like maybe you are doing some detective work? I'm always interested in possible conspiracies, lol.

My guess is 6-7 weeks no more than that.

Ooh, I love a good conspiracy too. Did our guesses line up with what the Mom thought? Or were your thoughts correct? Just curious. It looks most like 7 or 8 weeks to me. You can see other ultrasound pics broken down by week on this site if you go to Pregnancy photos - ultrasound gallery - then scroll to the bottom and you can pick what week you want to look at. Beware that some mom's count the weeks from conception instead of the beginning of their last menstrual period (LMP). Most (if not all) docs will count from LMP, meaning the first two weeks (ish) of the "pregnancy" she wasn't really pregnant yet (before conception). That may contribute to the confusion.

I am doing some detective work and seeing if timelines add up. I uploaded the only picture that I have access to. Does anyone have an answer for me? I'd really appreciate any help.

You can go into your account and on the first page where you "record my pregnancy" it gives you options to add things for that day. There is an option to add ultrasound pictures, you'll have to downsize it on your computer to a size of under 350kb I believe, and then you can download and post it. Until we see the picture, we can't help you, sorry!
