Q: Possibly multiples? (for those who have had or are pregnant with)

So heres the low down. This is my second pregnancy and everything has been multiplied by dang near 1000. Over exaggeration I know. I under stand that every pregnancy is different but this is just weird. My symptoms are way worse then what they were with my first. And I remember only because my daughter is 8 mo. But what bothers me is I've been reading that your symptoms are even more heightened when carrying multiples. Twins run in my husbands side of the family. So I was wondering if there is any suggestions on how to tell, if i am. My first prenatal isnt for another 2 wks, then wont be another 3 for U/S.

I was pregnant with twins but lost one at close to 6 weeks. BUT.. I will say I began having symptoms severely and EARLY starting right away at 4 weeks. It was only a few days after I had found out that I was sicker than a dog. At 4 weeks 6 days I went to the ER for dehydration and cramping but I was not far enough along to catch the twins yet on u/s .. however my beta hcg was taken and was 4800! I was really shocked. I was expecting maybe something close to 1000 but almost 5000!? and at only 4 weeks 6 days?! I had suspicions at that time I was carrying twins but it was not confirmed until about a week later via ultrasound that was when the two sacs were found.
