With my first I never had neasua, constipation, back pain, labor pains (induced with epidural 2cm) and even ate whole time I was in labor and slept while pushing! I dont think I could be as lucky as with my first. With my first I had a strong nose, bigger solid bbs, colostrum at 12 weeks, and eound ligaments pains starting at 24 weeks.
I had a miscarriage in January and I believe it was a chemical pregnancy. So im still worried when I feel cramps. I didnt have cramping in my uterus in the begining with my daughter.

I don't think there's anything to worry about - I had no symptoms at all until about 6.5 weeks when all of a sudden my sense of smell went through the roof and in turn made me feel sick at everything.. I never actually was sick until I was in labour. I didn't ever have sore bbs either until probably two weeks before I was due to give birth.

I agree that you already have some of the very early symptoms. As for the nausea, I didn't start feeling queasy until between 6-7 weeks, but I never really got full on nausea.
I got the constipation right away but that is something I get after ovulation from the progesterone even when I am not pregnant.
My boobs were sore and swollen from the start but they never really hurt all that badly and it didn't last that long. If anything they felt like they normally do after I ovulate, they rarely got more sore than that. So, other than my boobs getting much larger I didn't really have any severe pain or soreness a lot of women deal with.
I do feel your pain. A lot of us go through the same stage of worry over symptoms or lack of symptoms. It seems like an impossible task but try not to worry. :) I know women who had no symptoms early on and had healthy babies and I also know women who started out with no symptoms only to get severe morning sickness later. :)
