My levels were 33,000+ at 6w0d and I had twins initially. Because of my high numbers I had an early scan at 6w4d and they found 2 gestational sacs and 2 yolk sacs but only 1 fetal pole with heartbeat. Higher numbers don't always mean multiples, but they are a big tip off that there might be more than 1.

My HCG at 5 weeks, 3 days was 1700 and at my 6 week ultrasound we discovered twins. I only had my HCG level done once so I can't tell you how fast it doubled. There is this myth larger HCG numbers point to multiples but that's not always the case.

Mine were a bit over 60,000 at 6w exactly with my first child and there was just one healthy little bean. =) My doctor said 15,000-30,000 was average for 6w

It could be a very strong bubba, multiples or molar pregnancy although that's unlikly odds are 1 in 1000. Your numbers sound encouraging. Maybe twins. Good luck. They are high numbers :-) enjoy
