Q: measuring 6 wks 2 days and only 3 wks 2 days by lmp?? twins??

i am 3 weeks and 2 days by lmp had ultrasound and gestational sac measured 6 weeks 2 days could this mean twins?

A blighted ovum is where your body thinks you are pregnant and there is a gestational sac, but no baby actually develops.

i am positive of ov date no levels were supposed to be checked again but have not been yet what is a belated ovum?

You are technically 2 weeks pregnant when you ovulate. So add two weeks and you are pretty close to your ultrasound date. A beta quant won't give you your DPO, so you probably ovulated a few days to a week earlier than you thought. An ultrasound is the best way to date a pregnancy.

Well if you are positive of your ovulation date then it really could be a number of things. It does happen with twins, yes, but also with blighted ovums. And then there's also the chance that you just have an unexplainably large gestational sac with one healthy bean lol! Really could be anything. Have the checked your levels since to see if your hcg is rising normally?

no possible way i got pregnate earlier and i was 10 dpo and found out by beta quant

Sounds like you got pregnant earlier than you thought. At 3w2d you'd only be 9 days after conception which is rare to even get a positive test result.
