Q: Extremely itchy belly

My belly has started to itch around six and it's normal,I know but now at 7 months it has gotten worse. I have really ugly patches on the sides from scratching as well(no real stretch marks). I tried bio-oil,aquas cream even vaseline but my belly is still very dry. What can I do or use to ease the itching?
