I am 3 weeks and 6 days. 4 weeks tomo. I had my first HCG on Monday @ 37 and Yesterday it was 149. I'm also a bit freaked out, as I am 36 so older mom, and so far this year have had a ruptured ectopic (January) and a blighted ovum in May. I am considered high risk. I think this is our last try. I am going in for another HCG tomo, as the doctors are having me go in every 2-3 days until my ultrasound in a couple of weeks to make sure my HCG is doubling. I still can't celebrate until I know this pregnancy is viable. Seems cruel to make me wait 2 weeks. The could try to u/s next week . I almost died in January so there are a lot of scares this time around. Have you had any losses? Is this your first pregnancy?

I had spotting at the beginning due to SCH, but it resolved on it's own before the end of the first tri. Call your OB with any blood though :)

I was told in the beginning of my pregnancy that spotting can be normal. However, it is always good to confirm with your doctor that everything is going well. Good luck
