I had morning sickness all the time up till about my 23rd week I thought it would never leave with that being said I still get nausea if I brush my teeth too much out eat big meals or high gas foods. Ginger ale never worked you have to get real ginger candies they are not good at all and are spicy but they definitely work

I have that this pregnancy. With my first two, i only had nausea on an empty stomach or none at all so I can relate to you. I have found that eating small meals help. Don't over eat or eat to get full. Eat slowly and once you feel satisfied, stop. Also, try not to drink too much when eating as this increases fullness. I was told not to drink at all with meals by a nurse but i find that impossible. Also minimize greasy foods. If ginger ale doesn't work, you can try ginger tea. I steap real ginger into decaf tea. I also love preggie pops. They're candy and they work on morning sickness so that's a win win for me and my sweet tooth.

The digestion slows down in pregnancy. Thus the advice to eat small, frequent meals - 5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones. I was ill for the first time recently (been lucky) and I'm sure it was just because my oatmeal cookie stuck in my throat + the oven smelt weird! That cookie was just not being digested! (Possibly I shouldn't have had the other two!) Try sipping a little water with foods - but avoid too much.
