I am pretty sure I found the heart beat with my home Doppler around 8 weeks for both kids. It can take awhile to find it that early on. I agree with the other ladies that you are hearing your own heart beat at this point. I know it feels impossible, but try again in a few weeks. :)

That's WAY too early. Most people can find it around 8 to 9 weeks. Took me until like 18ish weeks but I'm nice and plump. Definitely give it a few more weeks.

i think it was your heartbeat not the baby's. the baby's heart only starts beating around 5+4 to 6 weeks, this early on it is not usually detectable even on a sonogram! the baby is so tiny you cannot hear it. my baby's heart was only visible at 6+6 for the first time, and my doctor would not even attempt the doppler before 12 weeks.

It's wayyy too early for a doppler, ur hearing ur heartbeat. The earliest I've found my kid's beats were 7w3d and 8wks...and that was a challenge. Try to hold off til the heart has at least formed chambers and valves. The valves are what makes the thumping sound. Majority of women won't find the HB til 10wks or more.
Sorry, I know that's not what u wanna hear.
Good luck! =))
