About Me
This pregnancy hasn't been easy to start and maintain, but I can't believe we have made it this far. I am a repeat subchorionic hematoma (SCH) carrier and bled heavily the first 15-17 weeks of my pregnancy. My SCH went from 2-3cm at 6 weeks, to over 9cm at 14 weeks and now down to almost nothing at 25 weeks. At 20 weeks, I started contracting....and have an irritable uterus. I'm also at risk for pre-term labor (PTL) due to both the SCH and my past history of PTL with my son (who is now 11 years old). I'm monitored weekly and now have been taking regular trips to the Labor and Delivery unit for timeable contractions.Yes, nothing has been easy with this pregnancy, but....we are so blessed that our baby has weathered all this!! Just keeping the faith daily that we'll continue to make just that "one more day".
It's also a BOY! :)
