Heartbeat!

I was a bag of nerves this morning and what made things worse is that the Ultrasound technician ran late so I was sitting in the waiting room with my heart pounding. Taking deep breaths I tried to keep myself calm although I started getting light headed and dizzy because my nerves were getting the best of me. Unfortunately after the loss, I no longer can hold myself together and usually when I get worked up, I start getting myself to the point where I begin to faint. I used to be a rock and got through everything. Those days are gone.
I get into the room and we start the process... a BLOB. The US machine at this office SUCKS. At my RE office last year, I got to see a better figure. Not quite a gummy bear just yet. I saw the yolk sac and there is was... a little blinking bulb in the center of the blob! I couldn't hold back my tears of relief and joy. My baby has a heartbeat!!!! 156 bpm to be exact measuring at 7w5d. My prayers to see a heartbeat have been heard!! My Miracle!
