Ok so up until a week ago I thought i was lucky and bypassed the fatigue, No chance. Now, out of nowhere the sleepiness has hit hard to the point when i wake in the morning, I'm up for maybe an hour and i need to go back into bed! Sometimes i cant wakeup until midday! I now it sounds lazy but I honestly cant take it.
I have work tomorrow and I don't know how i'm going to face it. I am a dental nurse in a very busy NHS practice which see about 20-25 patients a day! and in-between each 10 min appointment and decontamination all nurses have to go through the sterilisation of all the instruments... Its a long process in which we have to be miracle workers to not run behind with patients. AND IM SO BLOOMING TIRED! :(
Im planning on staying at work for as long as possible ( hopefully up to 8 months maybe a little more) but im only 11 weeks now and cant bare it. I do hope this fatigue sods.

Comment from sunshinebear711 » Posted Jan. 7, 2013 10:22am It doesn't last, don't worry. After around 14 weeks I was still getting morning sickness, but I wasn't nearly as tired as I was in the beginning. However now I am exhausted and all I want to do is sleep... Though that could be due to insomnia and interrupted sleep patterns. The good thing is last week my midwife ordered naps for me every afternoon. :-D |
