I'm so tired that I wanna sleep all the time and staying active makes me even sleeper gosh this pregnancy sucks lol with this being sleepy all the time and get these migraines out of nowhere. Are u sure its a migraine and not a really bad headache? I've had migraines for over 20yrs and I cannot move when I have one. I lay in bed with a bucket to vomit in and a btl of water to put something back down there to vom up again in 15mins. If these are true migraines, consider urself lucky cuz it can be so much worse, seriously!! =))
Ok, drugs while pregnant. Ur doctor can put u on a beta blocker for preventative measures (Propranolol is most common). Pain management is a different ballgame. There's not a lot u can take, and it sucks! I was put on Tylenol #3 and told to call-in if they didnt work and he would send a script for Percocet. I took the T3's with gravol and spent the next 3 days vomiting every 15 and drugging myself every 6 hrs. Luckily, my OB increased my BB dosage so that was the only migraine I got while pregnant. There isn't a lot u can do with them once they're there, aim more for preventing them if possible.
Good luck! =))

I would suggest you call your Doc office. I know that tylenol extra strength is safe but it may not be strong enough if you have a migraine.
