Too much drama

I found out that I had a hernia yesterday, its not life threatening so they are just going to watch it. I am suppose to ove into a new apartment monday. My current lease is up at the end of the month. I finally got in contact with the owner of the new place and he lies and says that he could not get in contact with me and rented it out to someone else. But he will return my deposit Saturday when he gets back in town. I hope he does and I dont have to sue him. Now I have 15 days to find a new place move. A bunch of unnecesary stress I dont need
