A lighter note

I've been feeling better the last couple of days, I think just that act of coming to terms with the the situation and accepting it has made me calmer... The shoe has dropped, I know what's happening, so there's no more stressful waiting.
Max did a very sweet thing yesterday and I wanted to share. He loves running up to me, lifting my shirt and touching my belly button (we're working on not doing that in public). He came to do it yesterday morning, but my maternity leggings covered my belly. He moved the shirt back and forth trying to figure out what was going on, then decided to look for his own belly button instead. He was wearing a onsie. So he was visibly worried our belly buttons had disappeared. I had to show him both his and mine to avert a melt down, it was adorable how relieved he was! I wonder what he'll think as my belly button really does start to disappear (it never flipped out with him, but got very flat)?
