Ugh.

Well, the crib finally came last night. We opened it up and unwrapped all the pieces to look them over to check for any damage. Well, looks like I'll be packing it back up and sending it back for a refund, because I found quite a few places that I wasn't happy with, including a big place on the front section that has a chunk of wood missing and paint is gone. I shouldn't have to touch up a piece of furniture I spend this kind of money on after it gets here. It should be in mint condition. So needless to say I am not happy. I'm pretty pissed about it. I was so excited for it to finally come, and then it did and it has to turn around and go right back. So, now I will have to wait for them to receive it and refund me my money so I can go find something else that I like. I've already been looking and I think I have found a couple options that aren't much more than what we spent on this last one that I like even better. So feminine and pretty. I just want it to hurry up and be DONE and have it already so I can stop looking for and buying stuff!

In other news, my bedding set is on it's way! It was on back order and I guess they finally got another shipment and it should be here by next Saturday! I'm so excited. I just really hope it comes and everything is good with it. I'll finally have all the pieces to the bedding once it arrives.

I had read a lot of reviews online about shipped cribs having some flaws so we bought ours from a local baby boutique. I could see it in person (we bought the floor model) before we bought it and then we pick it up and transport it ourselves. That's a good option if it's available to you!

	Comment from mrsamanda » Posted Feb. 28, 2014 5:53pm No doubt. I won't be ordering another from there. I'll order from somewhere that's easier to deal with. I've found so really pretty ones on Walmart for almost the same price. So I may try there next.
	Comment from dakotagurrl » Posted Feb. 28, 2014 5:11pm Thats one thing I noticed when I was checking reviews on various cribs, most ppl found flaws...some got royally screwed. Im pretty much banking on having to return mine as well. They need to pack things better and enforce the shipping companies to be more careful with the pkgs.
