Owwww my feet!

Surely I'm not the only one feeling it. I think I'm in the beginning stages of fat feet. I can visably see they are a little swollen on top. My work shoes don't fit good anymore; they are really tight across the width of my feet. But what is killing me the most is the ball of my left foot. Jesus Criminey!! The surface of part of my skin is almost numb like. Then underneath it hurts soooo bad. Almost like a spur or something. I've never had a bone spur, but it feels like I've been walking on the balls of my feet for days! How can I get relief? Hubby has been rubbing them but still. :(

4D ultrasound in 3 days!

I sit down probably 90% of the time at work, as it's a desk job. But they are still starting to get a little chubby and have definitely gotten wider.

I know that a working gal doesn't have much of this luxury, but getting off of your feet as much as possible is just about the only way to relieve pain and swelling. My feet are 90% better this pregnancy than with my son. I had some enormous sausage feet and kankles! This time around I get to sit back and relax much more often so they only get swollen after a sodium rich meal or a busy day out and about.

Interesting. My feet aren't fat yet, but I may try it if it gets too bad. Lol

I have heard of this but I am not sure it will work but it's worth a trt. Besides reducing your salt intake another unconventional method is the cabbage leaf method:
You could try placing green or white cabbage leaves on the swollen area to draw out excess fluid and relieve your discomfort. The leaves should be wiped clean but not washed, and may be cooled in the refrigerator, but not in the freezer.

Wrap the leaves around the most swollen parts of your legs and feet to make a compress. Leave them until they become wet, then repeat with fresh leaves until the pain is reduced. Repeat this as often as necessary until you feel more comfortable.

I found this online but maybe it will work?!?

I don't have too much abdominal heaviness yet, but man if my hips and lower back aren't hurting off and on. I find myself starting to waddle, just because it's more comfortable to walk that way. Not to mention the pubic bone pain. Especially at night when I'm rolling over in bed. Ahh! 8-10 more weeks of this! Lol

I have the exact same issue. Only thing that helps is getting off them...AND foot rubs from hubs. :)
I've also been plagued with lower abdominal pain. Only hurts when I stand up and walk, but wow...it's like I'm carrying a bowling ball in my lower uterus with no hands. UGH.
