Happy glucose tolerance test day!

So I got up extremely early today to make my way to the lab for my GTT (as they call it...lol). I'm just bumped about not eating....it's torture....co I'm seriously hungry.
So got to the lab, didn't want to bother hubby with driving me here, so I am all alone but that's fine.
Took the first round of blood to test my fasting levels of glucose and I was told it's supposed to be below 7. Have to wait about 30-45 minutes for the results and if all is good, I get to drink the happy juice and wait a good 2 hours then take the second and final round of tests. Then will hear from the midwife in a couple of days.
I hope it all goes well....I'm a lil nervous.
And my midwife ordered for my thyriod levels to be checked as well....so today is test day!
