Sleep, sleep, and more sleep

I have never been more tired, physically drained, and sleepy in my entire life! Yesterday I slept for the entire day. I would sleep for about 3 hours, wake up with a burst of energy that wears off after an hour and a half, and then back to sleep again!...lol...wow. Today Im at work and im battling staying awake! Help!
