uuurgghh! Feel so distracted, cant concentrate at work, and tired, tired, tired!

When will this end? I have been so out of it basically all day! Thought it would wear out but it hasn't. Wished I could just sleep all day long. Its been so hard to focus at work to get things done. I am so looking forward to my energy levels elevating.....
