6 weeks!

Well, I made it to the 6 week mark! Woohoo!

Still a bit nervous but no where nearly as bad as I was last week. The other night I had a nightmare of my u/s and in that dream when the doctor went in to look for the heartbeat he couldn't find it. I knew I was dreaming because instead of going through the vag he was going down my throat and I woke up feeling like I was choking. I have been having some severe dry mouth and woke up having the worst cotton mouth and drank almost half a bottle of water. So, that morning just to put my mind at ease I took a First Response digital (yes or no) test I had left in the drawer. It came with the regular tests and I never used it. It came out "yes" and my curiosity got to me on how dark the lines were...lol...so I took the test apart. I wore gloves just in case anything came out of it. And if I read it correctly the test line was definitely darker than the control line. It did make me feel better.

These past couple days have made me feel better too. I have been feeling EXTREMELY tired and a bit more nauseous until I eat something. And after I eat something, if it's too much food, it has been grossing me out. I have also been feeling light headed and a bit on the dizzy side. Almost as if I have been drinking but with out the alcohol. I have yet to deal with the morning sickness...FX'd that is one symptom I skip...I hate throwing up.

I welcome these symptoms (except the morning sickness). It makes me feel like I am still in the game. Fx'd that my utlrasound in a couple weeks shows good things. I have wanted this for so long and am so ready to have a baby of my own! :)
