Ginger Snaps for Morning Sickness & Other Stuff
By SarahEMcCormick » Posted Aug. 17, 2015 12:26pm - 212 views - 2 comments

I found that ginger snaps seem to help ease the morning sickness I've been experiencing throughout the day. I don't always vomit, but I do feel queasy and nauseous throughout the day most days. This morning I spent a good portion of the morning throwing up, and it was miserable. I bought some ginger snaps, and they help. I got the Target Market Pantry brand, and they are loaded with plenty of ginger, unlike other brands I've eaten in the past. So much so that the ginger actually burned my mouth! I think they're awesome for $2.00 (on sale right now).

Tomorrow is the big first prenatal appointment! I am scared/nervous, excited and happy. A big ball of emotions rolled into one. I have been thorough this many times before, but it's been a really long time - and I'm not sure what to expect, or if everything is okay, or if everything will show up alright with the baby on the ultrasound. I'm praying that things will be okay!

It's almost time for my kids to go back to school - they start on the 24th. We have to finish school shopping and then I will feel a bit more at ease.

I hope everyone is having a fabulous week!

XO
Sarah

Thank you so much! I am so excited like I said - but so nervous at the same time. I should start writing down my questions - I have had a million of the over the past couple of weeks, but haven't taken the time to write any of them down. I'm looking forward to after the appointment, if I hear everything is okay and on track, so that I can finally breathe :)

Glad the ginger snaps are helping with your nausea. Good luck with your appointment tomorrow and can't wait to hear about it.
