Pregnant with our first child?

We have been trying for 13 months, and with three positive tests, we're all but certain we've succeeded this time. I have an appointment with my GP on Wednesday when she'll confirm.
Very excited, lots of questions!!!
The hardest part will be keeping it on the DL for the next 8 weeks!
