Its the Final Countdown!

LOL, now I have that song stuck in my head!
36 weeks along and know I will be delivering by the middle of my 39th week, so I am officially on the countdown!
Visit was good. My PPBG was down to 91 - SO hard to be good with Memorial Day cookouts and gatherings all weekend, but I did it! My iron count was great as well. Only measuring 33 weeks, but Doc is not concerned and I figure I am just having a small baby :) Her heart rate was good again at 145.
But, the part everyone wants to know now - am I dilating yet? YES! almost 2 cm already and 70% effaced :) Her head is down, which is also great. I haven't been put on bed rest, but my Doc wants me to reduce my physical activity and stay really well hydrated to help avoid sending myself into labor too soon or stirring up contractions that will dilate me too soon. This little peanut needs to stay inside me and grow as much as she can before she comes!
I am getting very excited, knowing that it is only a few weeks until I can finally meet my little girl and hold her in my arms. Trying my best to drown out the worrying thoughts in my head that something could go wrong and just focus on all that has gone right and that stress will not help either of us!
3 weeks left - I can do that :)
