Rolaids - My New Best Friend

Well, not exactly Rolaids, but the Meijer brand equivalent is my new bestie. My morning/all day sickness left me, but right on her heels was heartburn and indigestion every time I eat. I knew this was coming sooner or later, but hoped it would be later! I am a shorty at only 5' 1 and my torso is the shortest part of me, so it doesn't take long for my uterus to start pushing my stomach up into my chest cavity! Ugh. Figures that once I get my appetite back that the heartburn would kick in :) Oh well, at least I don't feel like I am swaying on a boat deck all the time now!
Still very tired and waking early, but sleeping better. Everyone is in full swing for Christmas. I get excited thinking about Junebug being with us next Christmas! Colin was 4 mo old his first Christmas and Rachel was 9 mo old. Junebug will be 6 mo old, so not as mobile as Roo was, but probably more interested in lights and decorations than Bubby.
I have my next appointment in a week. Hoping that the heartbeat is easy to find with the doppler. I'll be 12 weeks then, so it shouldn't be a problem.
Hope the rest of today goes by quickly. Matt is off work today and I hate when his days off don't coincide with mine. I'm already missing him a lot and it's only the second week of the holiday season and the terrible hours that come with working management in retail this time of year. At least I know I won't have to make dinner tonight since he is planning to grill!
Well, I should probably get back to work, even though I'd rather curl up under my desk for a nap!
