First ultrasound was this morning- my prenatal Dr told me last week at my first prenatal checkup that my uterus was big for 10 weeks. She was also concerned that I had conceived on clomid, so they sent me for an early ultrasound...and its twins!! There has never been a set of twins in my family so this is exciting! But, also scary too! I laid there watching them wiggle and their heartbeats and was calm- when I came out, then reality starting sinking in, and the sicky feeling came over me. Can't wait for the initial shock to wear off!!
