Felt My Baby Move for the First Time
It was definitely by now, but I think it had to be stronger or I confused it with gas. Oops

I think this is when we told the first family member. It was very casual.

Told Husband/Partner
I was going to wait until I was officially late, but the day before AF was due, hubby rubbed my belly and asked if there was a baby in there. Not prepared, I said " I don't know " because I had already bought a card and a digital test to show him. He left to go get ice cream, so I set everything up. When he got home, I gave him the card and the test. Not as much of a surprise as I wanted, but it was still fun and cute.
Picture is front and inside of the card. It was odd and perfect.

On August 17, 2015 at 3 weeks 2 days pregnant
First Positive Pregnancy Test
I had become exhausted and falling asleep early at 2-3dpo. Then on 8dpo, I had a temp dip, and I swore if the temp rose back up, I'd take a test. The faint second line was there and I've seen darker lines since.
Picture is same test. Within time limit and an hour later.

I tried to do a NT with my first, but they told me the measurement wasn't good enough and I'd have to come back for another scan a week later. I decided it wasn't worth it the drive. They also did genetic counseling and a blood draw for the integrated screen. This time around I opted out of prenatal genetic testing and extra scans. I felt like the whole thing was too expensive. The failed NT scan gave very clear 12 week U/S pics, though. :)
	Comment from M.gulud » Posted Oct. 5, 2015 7:15am Hi Becca! I hit 10 weeks and debating calling my insurance carrier to see if they'll cover the NT scan. I didn't have one with my first, so I'm not sure.
