Received our first baby gift
Mom brought the baby a 5 pack of adorable onesies, a starfish rattle, a bib that says "my dad is rad", and a little book to put letters to the baby in.

Heard Baby's Heartbeat for the First Time
On September 8, 2016 at 6 weeks 2 days pregnant
First Prenatal Appointment
Baby was very tiny and the doc said I am just barely 6 weeks. We could see the little heart beating but he decided to wait to measure the rate until next week. He found a large cyst (6x10) on my right ovary that he wants to watch carefully.

First Ultrasound
Baby was very tiny and he wants to repeat the ultrasound in one week.

Announced pregnancy to family
We had Richards family gather at his parents house for a family photo. Once everyone (all 17) were in the backyard I hit record on my phone and pretended to take a photo. I was actually recording and said "everyone say guess who's pregnant". The faces were great.

Announced Pregnancy to Family
Told my mother and step-father. We had them sit to have a photo taken but I was recording them instead. When it was time to "take the picture" I said "everyone say guess who's pregnant!". Their expressions were priceless. We will be telling his family tomorrow at a family gathering.

Told Husband/Partner
We had been thinking I was pregnant but wasn't sure. When I told him I was, he simply wrPped his arms around me and put his head on my stomach. Sweetest moment!
