On November 1, 2012 at 16 weeks 5 days pregnant
Felt My Baby Move for the First Time
I believe that I felt baby Spacebot move sooner than this day, but seeing as how I wasn't too sure, and I'm definitely sure of it this time, I'm going to mark down as this time. And boy has it been kicking up a storm!

Announced Pregnancy to Family
Little by little we told our families! We called my grandparents first, then his family and then my family. Thankfully everyone in my family was home when we skyped for Dad's birthday. Their reaction at the end of the card when they all saw the ultrasound was priceless! :D I can't stop watching it!!!

Heard Baby's Heartbeat for the First Time
wubwubwub! We not only heard the beat we even got it on video! it went from 120 last time up to 178 this time! It was soooo amazing to hear the beat, it brought tears to my eyes! Chris was amazed, too! I can't wait to hear it again!!!

Saw SpaceBot's heart beat
A little too soon to hear the little blip's heart beat, but we certainly saw it! :D Chris captured just 10 seconds of it on the camera, but its the most glorious 10 seconds of video ever!! Our baby is safe and live right now! And that's more than we could ever want or ask for! :D

Started Wearing Maternity Clothes
I know its really early, but I don't fit into my pants any more! Chris has only one pair of jeans so I cant really borrow a pair of his pants. So we're just gonna wing it and get me a pair of pants and a sleep bra for now. :D

First Prenatal Appointment
Only 4 weeks and 5-6 days, but we had our first appointment to make sure everything is going great! Dr Gentry is amazing and listened to everything we asked and gave us straight up answers! He gave us vitamins for high risk pregnancies and tested me for RH antibodies! :D We are a happy family so far and everything is looking great!

First Ultrasound
Teeeeny tiiiiny spot! We saw our little Spacebot wurgle today! :D I'm only 4 weeks and 5-6 days along so we couldn't quite see anything more than a gestational sac. But we saw something! The ultrasound tech was worried that we'd flip out if we didn't see anything, but I told her as long as the rest looks good and I'm not bleeding I'm happy. :D Well lo and behold! We saw a wurgle! :D Chris and I are both overjoyed to know that so far everything is going right on plan.

Bought Baby's First Outfit
We're jumping ahead of the game a little, but today hubby and I went to kohls and found the cutest little baby sleeper ever! Soft fleece with duckies on it. I had a coupon and the purchase cost only $.99! Talk about a deal! This brings the baby clothes count to 2. The first outfit I bought for Erin, our little angel baby. I figure it's ok to share the clothes since they'd have to anyways. XD This little outfit, though, is too cute, we couldn't pass it up! :D

First Positive Pregnancy Test
Its a secret till I tell the hubby tonight. I'm going to bake either a cake or cupcakes and spell out I'm pregnant in strawberries on it. I secretly took a test yesterday, but it was very faint. Today I took a digital test and it was obvious! :D

Told Husband/Partner
Tee hee! I took a test first thing in the morning and held the secret until he got home from a detail. While he was gone I baked a cake and in strawberries I spelled out "WE ARE" and presented it to him when he got home. He had a bad day, so I told him "I hope this makes it better" and showed him the cake. My best friend Candice was here and looking at the cake, too. He read it out loud and when he looked up at me I had the digital test saying "pregnant". He grinned and Candice clapped and smiled and said yay! When we were finally alone, he pounced me and gave me big ol hugs and lots of kisses and said yay and got all excited!Its going to be interesting when we go and tell the parents. We're keeping it a secret from everyone except his superiors until we get to the 2nd trimester! Don't wanna jinx it! :D
