Comment from babycarnell » Posted Apr. 11, 2012 1:48pm I really like hattie and aubrey, aubrey may not be a traditional classic but its not a way out name so it could very well become one in time. I know what u mean about Bella..being a fan myself! I wanted to call my 8 year Bella..should have done it then lol!
Comment from ericapallen » Posted Apr. 9, 2012 9:54pm I really like those names, but here Bella is very over used after Twilight, I like Evangeline, I like the name Evelyn as well, but my husband is so picky! I like classic and some what vintage names but he doesn't. I like Madilynn, Hattie, and Emmilynn of course :) I really like your girls names they are very sweet! We thought about Aubrey for a girl, but I think that it's a trend name, it's not a classic. Like the name Ashley is so over used here we would always have like 3 Ashleys in our classes in school, so I have always wanted to make sure my kids names weren't just the name of the moment. Unfortunately I think my son Caden's name did turn into a trend name, but when I picked it I didn't know any one with the name and after I had him it has become much more popular. My youngest son we call Bubba or Bubby because that's what my oldest started calling him when I was still pregnant with him and it stuck, I'm trying to start calling him Carson more often, but it just feels weird!!!
