Garbhakranti calcium rich foods during pregnancy:

Calcium is an essential element required for several life processes.
As the structural component, calcium is required for the formation and maintenance of skeleton [ bones] and teeth.
Calcium is also required for normal contraction of muscles for limb's movement, nervous activity, normal contractions of heart muscles and blood clotting.
Calcium is required for growth and bone development.
Calcium prevents osteoporosis (thinning of bones).
Milk and nuts are rich sources of bio-available calcium.
Ragi is also a good dietary source of calcium.
