About Me
Shew...about me! I am Shana! I am turning 23 years old. Pregnant with baby #2! I will have been married 3 years in June. (And yes, because it is important to me, we were married before I became pregnant with #1). I am born and bred in the good ol' US of A!! However, I have now been living in South Africa since March 2009. I am a silly person, have a lot of dumb moments, have a random thought pattern, and am head over heels in love with my husband and son (turned 1 Jan 7,2012)!! I work as an office assistant for Credit and Debits. Love my work and my co-workers!! I am typically a positive person and have a hard time keeping my opinions to myself! I am very talkative! haha And just try to enjoy life..camping, photography, music, braai, and social!!
My Birth Plan
I managed to survive natural labour first time around so I think I'll go for it again. This time I will be in a private hospital instead of a government hospital and I believe that will make a world of difference in the labour. I'm not sure how my husband will handle another natural birth! But I loved the bond I felt with my son and wouldn't trade it for the world! So here goes mentally preparing for PAIN! Notice: I was in labour with contractions no more than 12 min apart for 26 hours! No medication, no food, and a very unhygenic, stressful, and miserable hospital! Hell, we're women..WE CAN DO IT!! haha
