Weight is at pre-pregnancy weight. So absolutely no weight gain from the day I found out I was pregnant. It's been hard making healthy whole food choices and I've fallen off the wagon more times then I can count but I've always jumped back on. Workouts are 20 mins 5x week and are low impact.
