It's 2:48 am and I'm wide awake. This has happened sooooo much in my pregnancy that it no longer phases me. Updates for y'all:
I'm 24 weeks and 2 days.
Those nudges turned quickly into visible pokes, and those turned into strong kicks and punches. I. Love. It.
Our mid pregnancy ultrasound could not have gone better. We received 2nd confirmation that she is in fact a GIRL:) and she is healthy as can be. Very active baby. She put on quite a show and we even got to take home a DVD.
My friend who had all the miscarriages? She is now 11 weeks and both ultrasounds have revealed a healthy growing baby! Praise Jesus. Thank you all for your prayers.
My little acrobat is kicking me as I write this. I've never experienced anything so miraculous.
The only complaints I have are round ligament pain (OUCH),acid reflux (yuck), and the mild insomnia. But it's all more than worth it to be able to carry this precious blessing.
Her room is painted and fully furnished and stocked with more clothes than I needed to buy lol
Next on the agenda is our 4D ultrasound and I can't wait!
