Possible miscarriage?

Went to see my doc today for an ultrasound and he said the baby was measuring at 5w3d instead of 6w4d. Couldn't see a HB, but had the yolk sac and fetal pole and it was way bigger than last Friday's US. He thinks it has stopped growing and I will eventually miscarry but there may be a tiny chance that we are off on my date of ovulation. I know I ovulated late in my cycle but I don't think it's an entire week off. So much disappointment today. :( I have another US in 6 days, hopefully we are just off on the dates. I really don't want to miscarry again!
