A small bleed

I guess the other day while we were on a roll of walking everyday in the mornings while camping we decided to climb up the hill. We went up the hill a couple days before that and it didn't seem all that bad, but this day it seemed harder for some reason. I did it huffing and puffing and felt good for doing it. Later in the day we went to the beach and as I was changing there was this dried blood on my underwear. Talk about stressful!
I went on with the rest of my day as planned at the beach and had no more bleeding. Since then it has just been light brown or pale brown coloured cm.
The following day I could hardly move I was so tired and very tender and sore. I stayed in bed as much as I could as we were camping and I was by myself with the boys.
I did contact my Dr and he said not to worry about that amount. Yet here I am still worried.... Only 8 more days until I see the specialist. Will be seeing the baby again that day and then three days later. Hopefully time goes fast.
