Losing the battle
By wotacutey » Posted Jul. 18, 2012 4:04am - 179 views - 0 comments

The morning sickness is getting more and more severe. it starting as just retching in the morning but then of course it turned to full blown vomitting. I had some relief in that once i vomitted it seemed to go! Not today!

Ive been reading all about tactics to ward off sickness, One post stated that you should eat a large amount of protein the night before so are beans on toast, with a whole can of beans... still sick next morning.

Last night i thought id be crafty, i have some anti-sickness tablets which i heard are safe for m/s so at 4.30am this morning i woke up and took one, i woke up at 7.30 and i felt ok... but then i got up and that balloon birst. Took another antisickness tablet whilst hammering down a breaky but was still sick again when i got to work. Im lost now.

My last ditch effort is ginger biscuits next to the bed.. then its off the gp i go!
