Posting this entry from the hospital.
I was admitted yesterday for what was supposed to be a 24 hour stay to get my fluid back up. It was 4.8 yesterday morning at the OB's office (down from 8.2 Friday) so I had earned it according to her. After an entire night/day on the monitor and 2 1/2 bags of IV fluids, I saw the high risk specialist this morning.
Fluid is now at 4.2-4.5ish and they have no idea why. He says with the GD my fluid should be overly abundant and Hadley's kidneys and bladder are perfect so there is no explanation. Oh, and I'm not leaking fluid either. Soooooo I get to stay here for the next 8 days until I'm 37 weeks and then be induced. This will give her little lungs time to fully develop, as long as it stays safe for her to be in my belly that long. She's estimated at 6lbs 1oz as of this morning and will be checked again Thursday.
I had a feeling she would be an early baby when I found out about the GD, but I didn't think this would be the reason or that she would come so soon. Sometime in the next week we're going to have our baby girl. It's very exciting and frightening all at the same time!!
