starting to "feel" pregnant

So far this entire pregnancy has been hard on my body. I am a type 2 diabetic and i found that out in my first pregnancy which brought it's own issues right along with it. So i knew when we found out we were pregnant this time i had to get into a doc asap because my diabetes has been uncontrolled since i lost my insurance shortly after my son was born. the first doc we saw was horrible! totally freaked me out because he wouldn't listen to me and put us farther along then what we are and because he couldn't see what he expected to see he acted like there was a problem but didn't say anything so for almost a week i was freaking out! finally we found out that things were good and it was because we were a week behind where he placed us and as well all you mommy's know a week can make a huge difference in the first few months. anyways i also have Diastasis Recti which is basically a hernia that has not ruptured yet it stretched and strained abdominal muscles. well mine happens to be pretty nasty on it's own. i lost 60 lbs in less than a year. well with the combination of my issues and the pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness has taken a toll on me pretty bad. until here recently I've had no energy to clean or cook and that makes taking care of a 3 yr old difficult. my husband thank goodness has helped tremendously! and i couldn't be more thankful. I've also started having horrible headaches, lightheaded, and getting dizzy. needless to say I've been pretty miserable and have not had the joys of this pregnancy like i did my first. however thankfully the morning sickness has faded so that's less stress and I've stopped losing weight which my ob will be happy about. anyway since yesterday my abdomen feels full and heavy and i had to pee like crazy yesterday which is the first time this pregnancy that I've peed so much! my boobs have been hurting like crazy! any little bump or smack hurts. my body aches today like things are stretching. we found out our results to our genetics tests and they all came back with little to no risk which was a huge relief :) my husband was worrying. found out we have another mover on our hands. all through out our first pregnancy the docs and nurses had to chase down my son's heartbeat anytime it needed to be monitored. this one is proving to be just as stubborn so far lol! and we scheduled our gender ultrasound today for january 7th :) i can't wait!
