1st day of RELAXATION (7W 2D Pregnant)

Day 8 of spotting!
Well, yesterday evening was hard after coming from the ER. I was tired and still cramping from the very detailed vaginal ultrasound procedure. So I came home, ate and relaxed. I did extensive research on my SCH diagnosis and found out a lot of good information. I will definitely be proping my feet up and relaxing a lot more.
The flow that I had yesterday morning 2am-8am never came back thank GOD! I am now spotting again seen only when I wipe. It hasnt turned back into that brown color yet, but it is now dark red.
I had no complications with my oldest Ciara (6) nor my youngest Corin (3). This is very new to me to have a high risk pregnancy. If anyone has any advice about SCH and their journey with it, please message me so that we can give support to eachother. Everyday I will write in my journal about my journey with SCH so that I may help other ladies that may be going through something similar.
