Omg id forgotten how bad this feels! Help meee!!!

I feel like death :( soooo sick I can't function normally, every smell makes me wretch and I can't even stand up straight coz that stretches my tummy and makes me wretch again! I spend most of my day on the sofa in the feotal position moaning to anyone who'll listen (which is no one btw)
I'd forgotten just how bad this feels. Hubby is already annoyed with me for not doing anything around the house at all. I had my girls doing the dinner today and hubby had to keep changing my little boys nappies ( he has diarrhoea, yuck!) As I couldn't stomach the smell.
I literally crawled on my hands and knees to the toilet upstairs towards as I couldn't face throwing up if I stood up. It hurts my guts terribly that I do anything I can to avoid it.
I've found eating every 1-2 hours helps but there's just not much that I want to eat. Also polo's are always on hand to block the smells and refresh my mouth.
I'm hating this so far and it's been just 2 days of proper sickness. One good thing has come out of it though... I'm now a non smoker!!! It's all happened just as before just a week later.
I am NOT looking forward to another day of this, I'll be off to the docs for those anti nausea pills soon enough I reckon!
