Dr requested to see me after ultrasound

I got a phone call last week requesting i see my doctor in regards to my results. I had the impression that everything went well at the ultrasound most likely because i guess they arn't allowed to say anything to you.
Today the Dr advised me i had one healthy baby and the heartbeat was good and size.
She then also mentioned they have found something in my right fallopian tube. They are concerned it is an ectopic pregnancy.
I was scared and asked if i would have to loose both (Worse case scenario) and she said they will need to get an ultrasound asap to have another look then if it is i will have surgery to remove it from my tube but the baby in the uterus should be fine.
I am very suprised i had twins because we don't have twins in either sides of our families that we know about. My OB is away for another two days and is heavily booked so im hoping he will find time for me but my other general dr is pressing that its urgent and hopefully i'll have an appointment by early next week
Back to the waiting game AGAIN.
Fingers crossed everything turns out for the best. Kinda thought considering my history that things seemed to easy.
