Totally having a freak out!!

I am not sure if it is the SPD or worse.... it started while sitting on the couch, my back started to cramp up, so I went to lie down. Then while sleeping in bed I had this very uncomfortable braxton hicks contraction which I had to get up just to pee to take some of the pressure off. It seemed to somewhat go away. Meaning that the tightening went away but the pain stayed. I went to the store quick and when I got back it started again. Now I am having difficulty standing and my whoo-hoo is in a lot of pain..... I have had this before but only after standing for a long period of time. Today I have been spending a majority of my time off my feet today, as I hurt my foot!! If it doesn't subside over the day looks like I may get my butt into the ER! I am praying it is nothing..... but wow this is not comfortable AT ALL!!
