possibly twins!!

So I went to the Dr today and it was my first appointment. They measured me and did my exam and all the fun stuff...and told me by the first day of my last period I'm 12 weeks but I'm measuring at 15 weeks. So I go back to the Dr. Next Tuesday to get a sonogram done to see if I have a big baby or if we have twins!!!
