My Pregnancy Journey!

I'm 31 my hubby is 33 I'm from Milford MA and here's my long story!!!
My pregnancy journey so far!!!
My hubby and have been ttc since jun of 2011 after we got married after not getting pregnant for 6 months my dr finally did an ultrasound and found a 6cm cyst on my left ovary so I was scheduled for it to be removed in feb after the surgery and a cycle later i got the green light to start ttc again i finally got pregnant for the first time ever! on our first try in march ... we went to hear the heartbeat for the first time and my ob couldn't find one she said it was too early so I waited like two week then had an ultrasound only to find out my baby's heart stopped two weeks ago I was supposed to be 10w 6d and my baby only measured at 8w 6d I had a missed mc so I had a D&C on may 18th then three weeks later at my follow up appointment I found out why i never stopped spotting since my D&C it was because my ob didn't get everything out during the procedure so I had to have another D&C after i finally got my first really short light and sporadic period in july she gave me the green light to start ttc again I got pregnant right away again in august i should have waited because while i was on vacation in Maine with my in-laws I started to mc and had to be rushed to my hometown hospital which was three hours away it was the most scary terrifying long and disgusting ride of my life I was only a little over 5 weeks then ugh that's why she's no longer my dr anyway I had my third D&C on Aug 26th and since then had brown spotting for for days before af flowed on sept 29 it seemed like a normal heavy period lasted the normal 7 days but then i never got af until i finally found out on cd 47 after and ultrasound that showed I somehow produced too many folicals (eggs) which prevented me from ovulating plus my uterus lining wasn't thick enough to shed and start my period on its own which didn't surprise me because my cyst was removed in feb and I got pg the following month so I don't think I was healed enough to give the baby what it needed to survive the second mc I think happened because I had just had not one but two D&C'S one in may and one in june then got pregnant again in aug my last D&C which was also in aug two days after my hubbys birthday I was told there was never a baby just an empty sack so after not two but three D&C'S I'm guessing there wasn't enough lining to have the baby implant to which is why I think there was no baby just an empty sack and why I mc so early anyway i was prescribed ten progesterone pills and after taking only five of them i finally got af again on nov 19th after af i had an ultrasound with saline solution done to see inside my uterus and after good results we finally got the green light to start ttc again after my next cycle! I've been testing opks and finally got my positive and ð??? on dec 4th now I'm just waiting for af to hopefully start on it's own and on time this month It should come on or around the 18th of dec ....
