bending pain

im moving house and i have been doing a lot of bending with packing. WOW it is uncomfortable to bend. if my tummy is squooshed in the bend i get pain and some nausea, both settle when i stand straight or flatten out my belly! its making moving hard work, and i keep having to have a rest!
soon i will be in my house and be set up for a family :) happy days!
