so i have been off work for a while with a head condition called occipital neuralgia (ON). its horrible, but the pain specialist i see and my GP both say that pregnancy hormones can stop people experiencing the ON headaches. I was super excited when i heard this but for weeks it hasnt helped :( i have beena bit bummed thinking, of course im going to be the minority who dont improve with pregnancy. but the last 2 days i havent had killer headaches. Not sure why, maybe fluke but im thinking my hormones may be on the rise and the ON is going to ease after all.
I am going to try a shift tonight. im so excited!!! sounds weird to be so excited about going to work, but i am!!! haha. fingers crossed the 24 hours awake will be ok and my head will stay eased!
